CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Order fulfillment is automatic and immediate. Therefore, it is not possible for Vessel to cancel or change the details of your Vessel order once it has been placed.

 

RETURN POLICY

Vessel does not accept returns but for extenuating circumstances, including shortages, damages, and incorrect items. Claims must be made within five (5) days of delivery. Vessel does not resell returned items.
